Flat Fly
All the basic body motions with the body flat with the wind.
- Belly fly
- Back fly


Basic Transitions
Transitions from flat fly to flat fly – preparing the balance and wind perception in vertical flight.
- Belly fly to back fly (1/2 barrel-roll)
- Belly fly to back fly (1/2 back loop)
- Back fly to Belly fly (1/2 front loop)


Body Flight Classes
All the variations and motions in the head up fly orientation.


Intermediate Transitions
- Front loop
- Cart wheel (side loop)
- Back loop


Head Down Back Fly
Back fly to head down is an intermediate position It’s a perfect exercise to work the up side down visual orientation. The perception in this position is a base for other more advanced ones: Head down, back carving, eagle and others.
