For your safety, it is important to follow all instructions:
  1. The flyer needs to show good control in the belly flying position. (neutral and stable flight / forward backwards / turns, up and down).

  2. Transition from belly to back / back to belly.

  3. Stable and neutral back fly. Basic knowledge of motions used on back flying.

  4. Walking forward and backwards over the net.
Those are the basic procedures for everyone. They normally take 15 minutes to complete. If you are an experienced skydiver or body flyer, it may take only few minutes. After this first session a personal program will be set to obtain the students goals. The progression exercises will be created specifically for each student. However, there is a guided progression to be followed.
